This is a bespoke design package created just for you. I understand that interior style is personal and not everyone finds it easy. I am here to help you create your dream home that suits your lifestyle and is tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

•   Free Discovery Call: I start with an initial 30-45 minute call so I can understand your needs and what you would like to create. Clients can email images and preferences beforehand.

 

•   Consultation: I will visit your property for a 90-120 minute in-depth consultation to establish your vision, style, and ideas. Together, we will develop the design brief for a functional design that reflects your personality and needs. I will then conduct a site survey to take detailed measurements, photos, and videos. Following this, you will receive a design quotation and a detailed design brief.

What You Will Receive:

​

Stage One:

 

​

 A Design Presentation: At your home with an advisory digital design document which may include:

 

•   Digital moodboards: With one design option, including suggested furniture, materials, storage ideas, hardware, wall and floor coverings, soft furnishings, and lighting solutions.

 

•   Digital floor plan: And any necessary elevation work (electrical and lighting not included).

 

•   Digital sample boards: To match the Moodboards.

 

•   Physical sample box: With suggested finishes where necessary.

This stage of the project is highly collaborative, and I welcome and encourage client feedback.

 

​

•   Changes: Up to 3 changes on the chosen board (additional changes at £50 per hour with a 7 working day turnaround).

 

With the final concepts approved and the design detailing refined, I present the final boards with a breakdown of costs to deliver the project within the agreed budget.

•    Full Cost Summary: May include retail links for window dressings, fabrics, furniture, lighting, artwork, mirrors, soft furnishings, and accessories.

Stage Two:

 

•   Procurement Management: I can take care of the ordering, payments, delivery, and installation of furniture, mirrors, and art. As part of this service, you may have access to my trade accounts for furniture, flooring, wall coverings, and lighting. A minimum procurement fee applies.
